Meet the Artists

Youjin Lee, also known as Nalgea, studied fashion design and has always had a passion for dolls. Since childhood, she enjoyed creating clothing for ball-jointed dolls and miniature dolls. One day, she made a small fuzzy bear doll as a hobby—and instantly fell in love with chenille (fuzzy wire) doll making.
What began as tiny dolls that fit in the palm of her hand has grown into a wide range of soft, fluffy creations in many shapes and sizes. With their charming details and unique cuteness, her dolls are loved by fans all over the world.
We’re proud to have Nalgea as our very first artist partner at Knotty Little Things. She is the creative mind behind Charlie the Bear, Milo the Cat, and Penny the Bunny, bringing her expertise and artistry to every tutorial you’ll enjoy.
Her goal is to keep creating joyfully for years to come, connecting with fellow doll lovers, and sharing the delight of fuzzy wire dolls with even more people.
She is also the first artist in Korea to publish a book dedicated to the art of fuzzy wire doll making.
